About this blog

To be honest, I didn't get it. I liked Taylor Swift. I grew up listening to her hits. Popular, sure. Catchy, obviously. But nothing I thought too deeply about.

But to my girlfriend, it's not just music. She doesn't just play songs in the background. She listens. She knows what each line means (and who exactly it's referring to). She'll even know the different album types, and how they're unique in different countries.

Me? I'll be there, just wondering — “what am I missing babe?” And the more I paid attention, the more I realised something: this isn't just something she's interested in. It's something she feels. And if it means that much to her — maybe it's something worth trying to understand properly.

This isn't a fan blog. It's just me — someone who doesn't fully get Taylor Swift — trying to learn from scratch: the songs, the eras, the easter eggs, all of it. Think of it as Taylor Swift lore finally meeting a guy who reads Wookieepedia and casually watches stories from The Silmarillion to pass time.

If you're in the same position — confused, slightly overwhelmed, but curious — let's figure this out together.
